The Pastry Lounge Founder Fiona Richardson has vast experience in hospitality, and for many years catered for corporate and private events across Melbourne and Sydney. In 2001 she started The Pastry Lounge, to meet the need in Melbourne for consistently high quality, hand crafted pastry products.
Professional accreditation is an important difference at The Pastry Lounge. On top of which all of our staff have or are completing professional programs through our in house training using accredited training providers. We run in house workshops and encourage the team to hone their pastry skills, as well as explore new flavours on our Melbourne doorstep.
