Our range includes Mini Pies, Tarts, Pasties & Pithivier, Bao, Pastry Canapes, all with a range of contemporary fillings, along with Tart Shells and Mini Breads, Pastry Sheets & Discs. We cater for gluten free and vegan menus. And if you’ve got a new idea and want help to create it, we can do that too.
All of our ingredients are fresh and high quality. Everything is professionally prepped and crafted onsite in our HACCP certified commercial pastry kitchen.
Our technique is to create with an eye for detail a product that can be value added to, or served, after baking. We will spend the time to create a perfect pastry that chefs can elaborate on and finish with a signature detail. Some of our techniques originate in historic cultures and some them are our contemporary interpretation of a classic favourite. The skill in common is that we will not settle for anything less than best quality.
We don’t slave after food trends. We do stay up to date with what diners are eating and Melbourne kitchens are serving. From the way we cut each pastry, shape it and fill it, every one of our pastry products is crafted for quality and flavour.
